Elective c-section (partner’s staying overnight)

Hello, Does anyone who recently had an elective c-section at the Norfolk and Norwich know if partners/dads are allowed to stay with you afterwards at all times/overnight please? Very worried about being left on my own, thank you!

Yes we’ve been told that he can stay, however they said there might be limitations if he leaves after a certain time that he wouldn’t be allowed back in? Not sure if that’s right- my c-section isn’t until August so don’t know first hand!

Yes they can stay, it’s not very comfy as they only have a chair. My partner ended up on the bed with me 😂 They just close the ward at a certain time (I can’t remember if it’s 7pm or 9pm) so they can’t leave and come back after that time
