2,5 y/o hitting and biting several times a day
My 2.5 y/o son hits and bites me almost every time I say no. Has anyone else experienced this here? It's really exhausting and I feel sad and tired of it!

My son has only bite me once and when he did, i bite him back ( I know that sounds bad) but i did not bite him to hard just hard enough where it hurt and he has not bit or bit anyone else. I’m still working on the hitting part with him but I put him standing at the wall for 3 minutes. I do his time out time how old he is. It’s seem to help a lil with the hitting

A time out will help tremendously. Weather it’s a corner, a room alone, a play pen. Every time it happens put them in timeout. They’ll learn soon they can’t do it. If you keep letting it go on, it only progresses and gets worse.
