Breastfeeding
First time mom want my baby to leave breastfeeding and start whole milk he is 1 yr old now and he is not making me do so tired what can I do and how can I make him drink whole milk 😔

He refuses bottle I tried with glass sippy cup nothing works
Have you tried an open cup?
We had most success if someone other than me did it (and if she knew I wasn’t home). If I was around she wanted boob, if I wasn’t she was happy to take milk from a cup (we used a straw cup, which she had already mastered with water).
You can give semi skimmed now too. The advice has changed, so that would be an alternative to try!
I'm not sure if the advise is the same in the US, but in the UK, they don't HAVE to drink milk after one, as long as they're getting an appropriate amount of yoghurt, cheese etc in their diet x

If you can express some milk and mix it with the whole milk he may drink it that way. Then over time lessen how much BM you mix in with it until he is drinking the whole milk.
