I also ended up co sleeping around 7 months. I do it safely. I was very very against it before. Iām also a very light sleeper. So getting sleep was already hard for me. My baby sleeps through the night now. (Other than to eat but thatās easy when they are right next to you) the lack of sleep was taking a toll on me in every way. Once I switched my depression and anxiety lightened up, I could laugh again. lol so this is how it got better for me.
TBH, if itās having such a consequence on you, try co-sleeping. Looking up the safe sleep rules. Your Lo just wants to be with you. This will help you get some rest at least
Going through the newborn stage again, I would probably get a large bed put into the nursery for this reason. I remember it being a lot to handle.

People our against it, but I co-slepted at 8 months. I fought for 8 months for her to sleep in her crib and I didnāt sleep. She would only sleep for 2 hours and it took ages to get her to sleep. She got a fever and ended up in my bed and I finally got some sleep. Just look up the safe 7 for co-sleeping.
