Parkdwan holidays

Never been to Cayton Bay but been to a couple of parkdeans before. They are good. I’d say Butlin’s is better though and usually cheaper😊

We are wanting there because you can get a hottub with your lodge Partner and I just want a bit of us time too as we don't have many days/nights away

I arrived at one in Cornwall today and while the site seems amazing (I haven't managed to actually get anywhere yet) I'm just quite let down by the way things are done i guess... as a heads up, if you book with an infant they don't provide you with a cot unless you ask for one when you get there. There is also a £15 charge which i found out, through text, after they dropped it in my caravan. They also don't have anywhere other than in the living room to put the cot. Slight side note, my daughter was sick in reception, I ended up on my hands and knees cleaning the floor with tissue cause they didn't give me a mop

I can’t comment on park dean as I have never been but we’re done a few Center Parcs trips recently and they’re been a huge hit, it takes me back to my childhood and it’s so lovely staying in the forest. The pools are amazing too, so so warm for little ones x

I also love Centre Parcs we used to go as children . But, I really sant some relaxation time (if you can call it that haha) and e.g don't think we would get to use the jacuzzi even with having a 4 month old and a very active 3 year old . We would be able to use the pool which I know the 3 year old would love and I hope the baby would too But we really want the hottub at Lodge and can't afford that at centre parcs cos those lodges are all designed for large groups - not that I can see anyway

@Chiara oof that's not good about the sick We saw a toddler week advertised , which I'm sure isn't as good as butlins, but our boy will love whatever is on- he doesn't watch much TV characters anyway - he likes to watch diggers and trains We did see about the cot when looking at booking form but would take our own anyway Can the cot not go in the parents room? I'd want baby with me - does it not fit ?

It's just a standard 4 birth caravan that my and my little one are you. The luxury ones would probably be a bit more spacious tbf
