😳 Why did I have to read this 😂🥲 I’m currently pregnant and plan to do a VBAC
@Kassia good luck for your vbac. Can I ask when did you plan the next baby? I am currently 6 monthspp
Sorry everyone 🫣😂 I got pregnant 5 months pp and thought for sure it would be another c section because of the timing but professionals seem to think it'd be safe/ low risk to try for VBAC so I just want to make sure I've done some thorough research myself 😁
23 months between my csection and vaginal birth. Absolutely no issues with scar z
I had a VBAC 7 weeks ago. Time between my pregnancies was 9 years x
I had a VBAC exactly 18 months pp with my first! Was successful and very pleasant! The chance of scar rupture is 0.5%
I would like to try a VBAC but it's all up to my body for when I decide to have another baby
I would like to know if anyone has experienced a scar rupture? The stats are pretty small from what I was told?
@Rebecca sorry to be nosey, so did you fall pregnant with your second 9/10 months pp? I really want a VBAC but want to give myself the best chance with no interference of said section xx
@Aimee i 'accidentally' fell pregnant at 8 months pp! Had a c section with my first as she pooed in me 😂🤦🏻♀️ but this time I really wanted a VBAC! They said I was absolutely fine to try for a VBAC as I was low risk! They said there's only 0.5% chance of scar rupture so I would be fine! I actually went to 41+5 weeks AGAIN with my second and they became a little pushy for me to have a c section but I declined and had a fab VBAC! No complications
Question for you mama's. Has anyone accidentally fallen pregnant just 4-5months pp after having a Emergency C-section???
@Iqra thank you! I didn’t exactly *plan*, but I got pregnant 1yr PP :)
@Rebecca this is super refreshing to hear! My waters broke at 38w and 3 days after my waters broke I was only 5cm and they basically called time and said before she pooped in me to have a section! So I’m hoping to really plan out next bubba so I get my VBAC 🥹xx

Has anyone done VBAC after a classical (vertical) c section incision?
@Elisha they will not let you labor with a classical C-section, the risk for rupture is much higher.
@Rachael the stats are small, but not zero. I ruptured with my second. I got induced at 41+2. Both baby and I are are ok, but definitely scary that things could have gone much much worse.
