Reflux pillow for babies

Hi, Did anyone used a reflux pillow for babies after feeding? My baby 3 weeks old, has to stay elevated for at least 15-20 minutes after feeding so the milk won’t come out. Currently we are using a normal pillow and we are keeping her in an angle on our legs or in our arm, but I don’t think it’s good for her back for the long term.

Hi! I haven’t used one myself, but I’ve heard great feedback about wedge reflux pillows from other moms. They help keep babies slightly elevated after feeding, which seems much safer than regular pillows in the long run. Sending you lots of love—hope you and your little one find what works best!🌼

We keep her up for 30 mins after each feed, we pop her on our shoulder or just cwtch her in our arms. I don’t think I’d relax using a pillow / might be worth asking your health visitor xx

I just held mine for those 20 minutes, usually on my chest/up on my shoulder. You want them as straight as possible really

Thanks, usually she does not like to be held on our shoulders or chest she is keep lifting her head, scrunching and moving around making this noise like she would be uncomfortable. I might be doing something wrong then 😔 The position she likes is on her back and I Iift her for a burp for a short time only.
