Hi guys I need some help

So my son is 12 months old with his birthday being on the 2nd of April. And for probably the past week my husband and I have had trouble with him in the mornings. Anywhere from 4-6:00 am he will completely uncomfortable. I mean waking up crying and kicking and moving himself all over to find comfort. Sometimes I can get him to cuddle with me and fall asleep but sometimes like today, he will just go into a full blown tantrum. Normally when he does that I can’t get him to calm down. He will not calm down for milk or if I change his diaper. He will however calm down if one of us turns in the tv but that’s just to get him to breathe. As soon as it’s back off though he goes right back into tantrum mode. I did end up giving him Tylenol this time and some gripe water in hopes that it’ll help him a little and I will definitely be reaching out to his pediatrician today. I wanted to take him to the er but my husband is convinced it’s nothing that serious and he has work at 6:00 he leaves at 5:30 and it’s currently 4:43. I’m just so stressed out because I feel so horrible when I can’t help him and I won’t lie I do get frustrated after an hour of not being able to calm him down. If anyone has any freaking clue as to what this might be? Please send your ideas my way or if you’ve experienced this yourself let me know because I feel insane. I feel like I’m doing something wrong.

Did you find out from the pediatrician what the problem could be ? Teething or Gas came to my mind first

@Francine she said she thinks it’s sleep regression

I made an appointment with her for Monday since she couldn’t fit me in today so she can check him out

@Francine I really don’t even think it’s sleep regression. I mean I believe it could be playing a part but it’s definitely not all of what’s going on. I could tell she wasn’t sure herself so hopefully on Monday she’ll be able to figure out what could be happening

Okay . Makes sense. Hopefully you’ll get some answers on Monday!
