@Shas he sleeps sometimes just for a small period of time. Like 40 mins or 30 mins. Wake Windows quite long.
I know all babies are different but what really worked for us are: 1. Following age appropriate wake windows, for 4.5 months we built up slowly to stay up to 2h 2. Making sure he feeds enough during the day so he doesn’t wake up at night to make up for this 3. Keeping his bedtime between 6-8pm 4. One dream feed about 10.30pm after his last night feed
Hi, I’m not going to be very helpful here but I’ve come to say I’ve been where you are. My little one didn’t sleep from 4 months - about 11 months. Then at 11 months we had a breakthrough. We tried everything. So hold tight, it won’t last forever. Just keep doing what you can and see what works for your baby. Sending lots of sleepy vibes your way.
Sorry you’re going through this :( may I ask how he sleeps during the day? Like how long are his naps and are you following wake windows?
