Thanks toni, actually I do do this. But sometimes I'd just like to just let it all out and not be judged and or looked at differently
@Mandie yeh I get that sometimes you just want someone to listen and let it all out.
I used to go through this a lot too. I got into therapy and it helped me work through a lot and build communication skills and boundaries. The other side of this, though is that the people around you won’t have the same skills and may not respect you. they’ll have to learn or you’ll have to move on from them for peace

I get like this sometimes over my dad I have a therapist but sometimes I just wanted to talk to someone who really knew me and my dad my man didn’t really get my depression because he’s not an emotional person I just had to tell him I just need you to listen to me I don’t need you to try and help I just need to let my shit out sometimes so I don’t suffocate and that helped us my therapist helps me work through things he he’s just an ear when I need to let things out
Talk therapy does WONDERS girl! Sometimes our partners just don’t get it, but a licensed professional will.
Have you tried journaling? It can help get all your feelings out. I found this helpful in the past. If you ever need to chat I will listen. X
