It’s completely normal! Just go easy on yourself and rest when you can and hope your energy comes back in second trimester
I doubt you’re being dramatic Every,body is different How long it’ll last When it starts When it ends But one thing I’ve found consistent Is the severity of the exhaustion I used to feel like a bag of bones No muscle no structure I felt like I could melt into my couch It was bizarre.
The only thing that helps is rest and eating well. Make sure you’re taking your vitamins too. But it’s temporary, in a few months you’ll probably feel like you have enough energy to run a marathon.
You’re not being dramatic, it’s awful! Rest is the only thing that helped me.
First trimester exhaustion is a whole different kind of tired! Honestly, what helped me was giving myself full permission to rest without guilt and whole food because process made me sleepier
Not dramatic at all! It’s normal. I was so tired my first trimester, all i could do was take a nap every few hours. Work was EXHAUSTING. Third trimester was the same thing. I even took a day off just to sleep 😂
Completely normal, I have never been so tired as I was in the first trimester! Hopefully you get the chance to rest as much as possible!
Omg I was soooo exhausted ending of my 1st trimester leading in to the 2nd. Like I needed naps on naps on naps. By the ending of my 2d trimester I had back my regular energy though! Totally normal to be tired, you are creating a whole little human. Give yourself some grace!
You can always talk to your Dr. About checking your iron levels. Your blood increases a lot during pregnant.

Tbh this is like worst point in some aspects. You have a growing baby and no placenta currently to help take the strain. At this point I was finishing work at 5pm and in bed at 6 and I would stay there. The exhaustion is just insane. It's not a lack of sleep tired it's a bone depth fatigue. By 15 weeks I felt more like myself but first trimester. Good god it's hard.
I’m in my 2nd trimester and take 1.5 hr naps every afternoon (I was never a napped before.) I’m already in bed when my husband gets home from work (7pm) 🫣 It’s crazy.
I was SO incredibly exhausted during my first trimester! I’m 16 weeks now and it definitely has subsided. I still take naps on occasion but the fatigue definitely has lifted. From what I’ve read and what my doctor says, it’s normal! Hoping you get your energy boost soon!
