Trapped by naps

Does anyone else feel completely trapped by their babies naps? My little girl will only nap in a crib/travel cot. She can nap on the go if it's in a moving car or moving pram but she'll then only sleep for 30 minutes. Now shes on 2 naps (most the time) if she has a short nap this just throws the whole day off So I now just feel so trapped that I need to be home for all naps or run the risk of having a short nap and not making it to bedtime. Does anyone else have an inflexible baby like this? I just feel like i now have no life and it's really got to me this week. The most we do is pop to the shops or a baby class, or go round my parents as I can take the travel cot with me She's never been a great napper so I've come to accept this, but just wondering how others are managing
