Does/has your child ever hit themselves when frustrated?
I've never seen him do it but nursery have mentioned he's started doing it at nursery and I'm really concerned!

Mine scratches his face and legs or tummy when frustrated
He has literally started doing this this last week and I have no idea where he has got it from!!!
Not necessarily hitting herself but does hurt herself in ways of banging her head on furniture or walls etc repeatedly. It does worry me but my HV didn’t see concerned and basically just told me to give her a safe space to do it. Not exactly an ideal response when I can’t always predict when she’s going to do it and sometimes I’m busy feeding her baby sister so can’t redirect her
