How far along are you?? They would usually monitor until around 37 weeks and then begin to discuss c-section scheduling for anytime before 39 weeks depending on how you’re doing monitoring wise xx

@Leona They want to admit me on Tuesday when I’m 37 weeks and then do a c section around 38 weeks xx
Yes, it was tough I had 2 at home. And yes I had a c-section it was my 3rd not because of anything else. It
Not sure if it’s the same but I was having regular checks because of pre eclampsia and I was admitted at 35 weeks but they managed to control my blood pressure and sent me home. I went in at 36+3 with reduced movements and they monitored me all day then admitted me and offered me an induction that night. It went on from Friday night until Monday morning when I had an emergency c section as baby wasn’t happy. I then stayed in for 4 more days after because of the pre eclampsia and they were struggling to get bloods from me. But I saw plenty of people coming in for c sections and going home the following day! I think after 37 weeks it should be fine as long as baby is healthy and so are you 😁
I was admitted at 33 weeks as my growth scan showed my waters slowly breaking. (Was being gaslit from 28 weeks that I was wetting myself). I was in for 2 days as I kept having gushing and then reduced movements, but the initial plan was to keep me on bedrest and keep an eye on me. I also had multiple admissions throughout my pregnancy lasting a week at a time. It’s boring but keeps baby safe
Admitted at 35 weeks I’m high risk as I’m over 40, pre diabetic, and had preeclampsia as well.. had c section scheduled by choice at 37 weeks but baby decided to come early my HBP caused me to have a placenta abruption so baby was delivered immediately as it was 50% detached. Spent 3 days in hospital but left empty handed as baby spent 16 days in the NICU. I’m almost 6 weeks PP
With my last i had her at 35 weeks being in the hospital a month
