Depends how much she would eat about around and hour
She wakes up every 2 to 2.5 hours and then nurses for half an hour to an hour. Because she is refluxy, we need to also keep her upright for half an hour after each feed. Basically, we aren’t sleeping at all. 🫣

About 1.5 hours to burp etc. This little one doesn't love going back to sleep so do end up holding for quite a while!!
20-30 minutes depending on if he is fussy after. We literally BF for around 10 minutes, burp, cuddle then transfer to Moses.
About an hour and I really struggle to get myself back to sleep afterwards even if I don’t look at my phone

Yes just can’t seem to switch off! I must drift off eventually but it doesn’t seem to be as deep of a sleep as it feels like no time at all until I hear him grunting and then crying wanting fed again
@Jmt aww I know I'm the same. But I just tell myself it's not forever and one day I will sleep again 🤣🤣🤣
