4 month regression

So it seems we’ve hit a sleep regression, we’re up every 2 hours like clockwork 😴😴 I’m so used to having minimum 4-5 hour blocks these days so it’s hitting hard! My bedtime anxiety is back too Any advice? I’m knackered 😴

Me tooo I am soooo tired 😂 but try a proper routined bedtime so baby isn’t as unsettled or cranky in evening (if they are). Otherwise all I can just say is it’ll end in 2-4 weeks! I have another 3 to go 😭 you’re doing amazing 🌸

@Alia thanks! Fortunately we have a good bedtime and she goes to sleep well she just doesn’t stay asleep long 😂😴 we can do it! 😴😴

@Sarah how old is your little one? Ours is 13 weeks and I wonder if we’ve started the 4 month regression early as he’s waking every 2 hours too 🫠

My little one has just finished the sleep regression and trust me I feel your pain!!!! It’s awful, he was in the sleep regression for 3 weeks snd it was so exhausting! But hang in there! He is now sleeping 7pm - 1am 1.30am - 8am! Hang in there ❤️

All I can say is be so strict on the routine as in this sleep regression they will pick up on the routine! Mine is bath bottle bed by 7! As it gives me and my partner our time for a few hours before we go to bed x

15 weeks and we are in the depths of it too 😭 gone from doing 8 hours to up every 2. Cannot settle him in his next to me past 4am either so he’s coming into bed with us 😵‍💫

I’m in the same boat! I’ve gone from my LB sleeping 7-7 12 hours to waking up around 1am and not going back to sleep😭 xxx
