Struggling with sleep deprivation

I’m really struggling atm. I thought my son was going through the 4 month sleep regression, if he is we’re now on week 5. I used to combi feed my son but started EBF about 6/7 weeks ago. He’s been waking up every hour, I feed him back to sleep. A few days ago I started to question whether i’m producing enough milk but yesterday during the day he went 1.5/almost 2 hours without needing a feed. Although, for the last 2 weeks he’s been feeding for about 5 minutes or less and does this every hour. He’s also teething. I’ve tried to stick to a bedtime routine but I co- sleep and feed my son to sleep, so I go to bed at the same time as him. If my partner’s home he’ll get him ready for bed (it’s usually in a rush as he’s often hungry for milk by then, so he doesn’t really follow a routine). I honestly don’t know what to do and wonder if i’m doing something wrong

It doesn’t sound like you’re doing anything wrong! My little one is feeding 2ish hourly allll night and even hourly in the early hours. He goes around 3 hrly during the day. X

Have you tried rocking to sleep when he wakes up, instead of feeding? It could be that he's formed a habit and isn't actually hungry.

I agree with Victoria! Or try a pacifier. My baby will wake up a bit and I giver her her pacifier and she falls right back to sleep

My baby is exactly the same as Maddie's! I often go to bed at the same time as the baby too :)
