Pms? Pregnancy? Or just broken?

Okay someone im 11dpo and im spotting i say spotting its red blood but not nearly as heavy as my period is normally. 9dpo I had pink when wiping same with 10dpo and now this today. I've had serve back pains and cramps and constantly feel nauseated. I'm extremely emotional and keep crying at literally everything! Is it my pms coming? Could it be implantation? Or am I just broken?
