Take the two singles if your partner are going and you can buy attatchments to make it a side by side double otherwise I’m sure they charge to take a double pram as there’s only going to be 15 months between my two and I’m sure from what I’ve read it’s only single prams that can go through for free.
Mine are slightly younger than yours, 2.5 and 1yr, but I've taken the double, it's just easier to have one, like when you get to the airport or collecting luggage, if your partner has a pram as well as cases to handle it's hard, and it's easier to pop both kids in the pram and knows they are both safely strapped in, no runaway toddlers!! That's my opinion anyway, I did consider getting 2 singles as we are also going away again at the end of June, but I just think it'll probs be more hassle and the older one is defo still needing the buggy, can't walk for long and sleeps if we go out later on xx

I would take 2 singles if you’re only using it for airport purposes? And a double if your 3 year old use a pram for day to day. We recently went with 2 year old (who doesn’t use a pram) and 3 month old baby. I wore the baby in the carrier and kept the 2 year old in the pram around the airport. It made things so much easier and I wasn’t stuck pushing around a double buggy all week.
Deffo a double … I think it’ll be a faff with two prams
