Yes I agree. I think the idea of friends sounds nice but it’s hard to put in the initial effort plus it feels a little odd (almost like dating all over again lol) - what if we don’t vibe, what if the kids don’t get along etc. I think some group settings might be a better solution, less pressure/awkwardness. Happy friend hunting, I don’t live nearby but you don’t give off strange vibes lol
@Olivia the developers of this app also need to make the search settings in the wave section more accurate. I have it set to 1 mile from where I am and it still gives me people over 20 miles away.
Yes! I had joined Peanut a few years ago and either got no messages for nothing beyond exchanging pleasantries 🥴 I can be awkward at time so maybe that’s it, otherwise, I feel ya! I’m in PA otherwise I’d say let’s meet up!
I think I have some weird repellent on because I could never make "girl friends " 🤣 I think it would be cool to have like a sister bond ride or die and maybe my boldness and kindness get misunderstood. I don't get it I'd be giddy as all heck if someone wanted to be my friend so that's what I give out. Maybe that's wrong? I also just can't with the small talk or abbreviations. I can't help that I want to actually have meaning full ..to silly to ridiculous conversations but can't do that if I get nothing to work with or our lifestyle and views..just don't vibe. 😭

I see how judgmental all the moms are with the way they comment on things and frankly I know I’m not their cup of tea.
I have come to the conclusion they have lots of fake AI profiles on here. I think that’s how they were able to make the appearance of “growing” so quickly. All the social media platforms do it !

I think it’s more that we are trying to find friends in our areas. I know that’s what I am looking for. Plus I tend to look for moms without cats since I’m allergic.
