🫂 Are you seeing anyone for your PPD?? They have lots of great resources on base for military wives. Have you been able to connect with any of the other military wives from his unit? Being a military spouse is definitely hard and doubly so with a child. Try giving yourself some grace during his deployment and don't try to do everything all at once. I find it's much easier to just do a little day by day as far as house work and things. I find having a hobby like drawing or crocheting in the evening helps to pass the time. A safe space, love and attention are all your LO needs to be happy so it's okay if some days you struggle to do more. You got this Mama 🫶🏻

@Sarah no I’m not, i haven’t talk to any military wives, honestly I’m taking it day by day my little one always get loves from me or my mom but he’s been all about me it’s hard to things in the house
