Use some breast milk on your face. I’ve had friends swear by it saying it cleared their face up really quickly
Pure sulfur soap has helped me and using the minimalist skin care you can find it on Amazon
Vitamin c. In your diet, on your face etc
Currently going through the same thing. Started breaking out pretty bad in my third trimester, and I'm now almost 6 months pp and it's calming down a bit. I've broken out on my face, neck, back, and chest. It's awful. I can say this, I tried benzoyl peroxide and I think it just made it worse. Time is the only thing that's working. Letting hormones level back out.
@Jorgie-Anne thank you I thought something www wrong I had no idea this could happen
This is most likely a hormonal breakout due to the constant fluctuation of hormone levels during pregnancy and postpartum. Prior to the conception of my third, I had finally cleared my skin. But after a few weeks, I started to have horrible breakouts that have continued throughout my pregnancy. I can’t really give any advice, but I do want to say that this is something can happen due to the stress and natural hormonal imbalances that occur.
