I think its different at every hospital, I know in Wales they are going to review letting partners back in September x

That’s lovely that yours can go. I think it’s different for different trusts though. Up here in Yorkshire it’s still not allowed 😔 really hoping by my 20week in August it is

It’s most definitely different as I was at the hospital today and no partners allowed xx
I had my 20 week scan yesterday in Hertfordshire and my partner was not allowed to attend 😞
It’s different at each hospital. I did my mid pregnancy scan yesterday and partners were not allowed. That was in Homerton
I asked yesterday as I have one next week and they said no partners..every hospital trust is going to be different for a while
No partners at the 20 week in Bristol yet 😒
I had my 20 week scan today and only the mum was allowed in to the building, partners had to go and wait in the car! 😖

Oh no :( They has to wait outside at a Southend too and then the mums texted them when it was their turn, so they went allowed on the waiting room but at least in the scanning room.
Ours have gone even more strict we’ve now got to wear masks when entering too 😫

Same! Today’s the first time I’ve actually worn one and it was so odd! Really hot I had to keep sneaking it underneath my nose!
That’s a government requirement now across the board :-( think they implemented it on the 14th xx
Yeah they make me feel claustrophobic 🙈 feel so sorry for the dads this year that they can’t come!
I’m in Yorkshire too and still no partners allowed in, so think it differs for every location so just check if I were you xx

Oh I’m so sorry to hear that it’s so different from hospital to hospital. Now it feels like I was giving almost bad news. I didn’t know that they allowed partners in Southend, so I didn’t have mine with me and didn’t want anyone else to miss out ❤️

im liverpool an its a no and i havent got my scan until 23rd july
I’m having a scan tomorrow and someone rang me up today to tell me to wear a mask and come alone😩
I'm in Nottinghamshire and no partners allowed in the hospital my partner had to wait outside in the car and I had to wear face mask as soon as I walked into the hospital, but I had a a private scan so my partner could be there to see the scan
Fingers crossed 🤞 When I did my 16 week scan they weren’t allowed so it’s definitely something they changed just over night. Hopefully they will change it everywhere soon.
