Anyone have complications with second pregnancy after having placenta previa?

I started considering having a second baby after somehow putting behind my traumatic birth experience due to my anterior placenta previa. I bleed through a majority of my pregnancy and swore I wouldn’t do it again but I’m starting to consider maybe having another. I was wondering if anyone had another baby after the...

Questions about placenta experience

So I posted on here I believe last week about baby girl stomach measuring small. And I found out that my placenta isn’t producing enough nutrients for her like it’s supposed to. I did have the gastric sleeve last July so I don’t know if that’s the cause of it... Always struggled with fertility so I didn’t think I wo...

Antibiotics during pregnancy

Hi, has anyone been on antibiotics during pregnancy and how did you/ unborn baby get on with them? I’m 33 weeks and for the last two weeks haven’t been able to hear out my left ear due to ringing and inflammation in my ear. Doctors say it’s from a viral or bacterial infection and two different types of ear drop a...

NIPT Results

I just got my NIPT results in today which I thought I was not gonna get back until Sept 30th! I'm super excited and found out we are having a little boy! Also no chromosome abnormalities! Though my other test hasn't come in yet. This was done at 10 weeks and they said it's like 94% accurate at that time! So I think ...

No plans

I'm almost 39 weeks. FTM. Never done this before... And there's no "plan". Like I feel like I'm just waiting for nature to take it's course. Is this normal? I've worked in a medical setting before which I appreciate is very different to having a baby as that's so natural. But a medical setting there's always a plan...

Anxiety

I am always anxious about the baby’s movement. I already went twice last month and I always want my baby checked. How do you handle this? Yesterday my baby was super active. Today I can’t feel her at all and I woke up on my back so I really don’t know whether I should head to triage or not.

Early stage pregnancy excitement

Hey. This is my first time being pregnant and I am 6weeks + 2. How do you manage your excitement ? I want to start finding out everything about being a mum, looking at cute baby things online (not buying) and just feeling positive about it all. But my worry is obviously it is early days and I know it doesn’t always ...
