When naming a baby after people in your life who are important how many names would be more than enough?

I am newer to photography and starting a business and need help deciding between two names. I want to honor my son who passed away in 2020 in the name because he is always with me and affects everything I do.

1.When naming your child , Do you consider how a name might affect your child when they are an adult? I.e Employment, bullying, what it might mean in other languages etc..Do you do an extensive research? 2.if your child changed their name later,would you have any issue with it?

We have our first boy, Teddy Ray and can’t decide on one for our second! I’m not fussy this time round at all but my partner says it has to be perfect too as he thinks Teds is perfect for him haha. I love Dex but my partner isn’t keen.. Any other suggestions?
