Planning to have an early gender scan as we’re desperate to know 🥹🫶🏼
How do people get ultrasounds so early. I understand if you have had complications before or are doing IVF but my first appointment isn’t until 10 weeks 3 days and that’s not even an ultrasound. I have to schedule one after that appointment. It seems like everyone these days gets it way sooner than that
Went in for my 12 week sono today and babies heart rate was 186. This seems high to me but the doctor wasn't concerned. Should I be worried?
Below is my 12w scan, can anyone determine the gender by nub theory?😊 I will update on Thursday when I find out! 🥹❤️
Had my first scan today and it was such a relief to see baby and hear the heartbeat! Didn't realise how anxious I was until that relief washed over me!🥰 Can anyone see any clues boy/girl? We’re going to book in a gender scan but it’s fun to guess!
My 8 week scan showed that there’s a yolk sack but a very small fetus and weak heartbeat. The doctor said it won’t survive unfortunately. Has anyone experienced something similar?
This top ultrasound looks scary anybody know why I looks like an pet instead of a baby 😂😂
Hi, so I am about 2 or so kg heavier in this pregnancy than I was with my first and I’ve just been for my scan and I feel like the quality is not as good. Could this be because of my extra weight? I am at a different hospital and the printed photo is a different material so so I don’t know if it’s the machine or me ...
Just been told baby might be breach. I need to go back to midwife when I’m 36 weeks next Monday and they will do a check then if she thinks babies still breach will send for scan to confirm. Anyone else had this experience and what was the outcome? 😊
I just had my first scan. I feel like I can finally breathe. They moved my due date back a week from what a typical cycle would’ve calculated. I’m so excited. Praying we all have healthy pregnancies 🤍
Have my dating scan tomorrow and I’m so excited!!! If my dates are right I will be 12 weeks and 4 days today so hoping they can see everything! 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼 everything is ok as my anxiety is through the roof!
Anyone’s baby had a scan of bladder and kidneys after a UTI? I know it’s to be on the safe side but still worried 😢
We had our 12 week scan today after being scanned too early for our due date to be given which is confirmed 23rd August!! What do we think 🩷 or 🩵? We’ll be finding out at 16 weeks 🥰
Anyone else’s nhs scan this week?! Mines on Thursday. I’ll be 13+1. I’m very excited but I know on the day I’ll be a bag of nerves 🥲 I’ve got no reason to think anything is wrong, I’m still being sick, very tired, sore nipples, aches around my belly which I’m guessing is from all the stretching. It’s so hard to…
How far in advance did you get your letter for your 12 week scan? If anyone's with Nottingham university hospitals as well that would be great to know. I'm 7 + 6 and got my midwife appointment on 27th Feb, I'll be 12 weeks on the 11th march
I had my son in 2021 and then you heard the heartbeat at 16 week midwife appointment I see the NICE guidelines have changed, has anyone still heard the heartbeat at 16 weeks or have majority of midwives stopped this now ?
I had my gender scan yesterday and its a baby boy! I knew from the beginning and kept telling me partner i definitely think we are having a boy, he thought i was a bit mad😂. So excited and so happy. Although Ive been told I have an anterior placenta does this mean I’ll never be able to feel him kick?
Those who are opting for an elective csection, have you had your date yet?? I have a growth scan today followed by a consultant appointment (32 weeks today) but am not expecting my date today. Just wondering if anyone else has been told yet :)
Hi everyone, my baby already weighed 2lb14oz on my scan last week (26 weeks) so obviously he’s already quite ahead. i don’t have my next scan until 30 weeks. everything aside from that movement wise is perfect. i’m wondering - if my baby continues to get bigger and bigger, as i noticed he had gained a pound between ...
For those that were not high risk, did you ever get an ultrasound during third trimester with your OB? It’s so scary to think that there won’t be any ultrasounds done. How do they know everything is okay? My last ultrasound with my OB was at 12 weeks.
