Do you think its ok to get a 4 year old some makeup? Just for playing but proper makeup.

How do you fill the days when you can’t drive? The village I live in also has one minibus type of bus to a small town but it’s very unreliable and there’s no designated bus stops, you have to book the bus like a taxi. Other mums that don’t drive, how are you spending your days with LO and still getting out the house?
