Starting 4.5 month old on solids

My baby got approval from her ped to start solids and I’d like to start them too to reduce the likelihood of allergies. Solid starts though and BLW seems to be better started at 6 months so I’m curious for those who started solids before, did you stick to thin purées only? Or how did you do it?

How do I get my kids to enjoy crafts?

How do I get my kids to do anything other than screens? They're going to be 4 and 2 in March and anytime I try to set up and do any sort of craft or something not involving screens, it's just turns into someone screaming or them fighting or screaming because it's over after screaming about having to share. Either wa...

Just got back from holiday and realised there was a play area for toddlers in almost every cafe and shop we went into - anyone know of any places in Kingston town centre that have play areas - cafes and shops though, not soft play or similar?

Potty training pants

I've been trying to potty training my 2 year old by letting him be bottom naked and encouraging him to use the potty when he shows signs of needing to pee but he keeps peeing on the floor because he thinks it's hilarious to then splash in it 🤦🏻‍♀️ the few times he has peed on the potty we've celebrated but…

My LO is 9 months and has completely stopped eating her meals, which she usually had 3 times a day. I have to tiny bit force feed her throughout the day extremely patiently and then she would finish that one meal which she ate within 40 mins. Also, her milk intake has reduced significantly too, she use to do 3-4 bo...
