Advice needed

I have a newborn, 1 week old, she falls asleep on the breast after 6 minutes of feeding so currently I’m topping up with formula and pumping but I only get 10ml after 15 minutes of pumping on each breast. I wake her every 3 hours, let her take the breast (6 min she stops) then I top up with formula and then after that I pump. Any advice on how I can increase milk supply? Is it even possible to pump 60ml if you do 15 min each breast?

Breasts getting empty?

How do I know if my breasts are getting empty. I am pumping and having to supplement with formula for some bottles. I am not sure if my boobs are getting empty when I pump. First thing in the morning my boobs have hard spots in the and after pumping those go away but my boobs still feel heavy. If ai continue pumping though I get nothing else out of them ir very little. The rest of my pumps through out the day I get very little output and again my breasts still feel heavy but nothing else comes out. Trying to get my supply up so we can stop supplementing but I am nearly 2 weeks pp and only getting around 6 ounces in total for the day if I am lucky.

Breastfeeding

Please help 🙃

My little girl is 4 months old, over the weekend she’s stared to fight going onto my left breast and today she’s just refusing completely. She’s feeding completely fine on the left I just don’t know what to do, she seems completely fine in herself still happy and smiling nappies are all fine too. Has anyone experienced similar or has any advice I’m happy to hear thank you xx
