Truly what do you think the perfect number of children is? I have 2 young boys and debating a third, would like a daughter but would equally be happy and grateful regardless. I understand it depends on other factors like finance, housing etc. But does the feeling of wanting another baby ever go away?
If you have more than 1 child what was harder
😫 even the family u don’t like but have to get along
We currently are satisfied with our 2 kids, a girl and a boy. But both of us are in the fence for a 3rd. Both of us came from a family of 5 (3 kids) and would just feel complete as a family of 5. On the other hand, we are already blessed with 2 healthy kids with no real good reason for a 3rd. Originally we agreed ...
I am planning to travel with baby abroad without my husband. Could you advise how to get a consent form and if needs to be signed in front of or by a notary/solicitor and by my husband? Any idea of the cost of this? Thank you
Just a bit of rant... I find if much easier without my baby's father. I can manage the house and baby but with him I'm running around doing everything even though he helps with baby. It's so much easier to take care of it all alone. Probably sounds super harsh but we definitely are not a team and I've no interest be...
I’m tired of culture blaming kids, telling us kids are universally a burden, not worth it, dream killers. Kids don’t have any choice. They’re born helpless and completely innocent. You’re not overwhelmed bc of your kid, you’re overwhelmed bc your mama heart needs better support from other adults ❤️🥲
Who do you trust most to watch your child when you need to step away? Is it family, friends, or a professional caregiver? Share your thoughts and experiences!
I know the perfect answer will be whenever I’m ready lol but the ones who have more than one what has been your experiences ? I think I’m a little scared and mine is almost 2
I was wondering if any single parent wanted to have 2 under 2, and if so, was it hard?
Can anyone be godparents or do the people you choose how to be christened?
Never gave it a second thought before I had a baby but is anyone else noticing just how many people park in parent spaces without a child? I just wouldn’t dream of doing that if I didn’t have my child in the car.
Parenting is hard but can be fun and so rewarding. What do you think?
3 weeks and 1 day until egg retrieval (if everything goes to plan). Will be a 5 day fresh transfer which falls on my Mam's birthday! I feel like this is a good sign 🤞🏻 it's my first round but I'm staying super positive about it ✨
Not a racist post I just need clarification. My husband is Mexican and I’m Jamaican. On forms he put Hispanic and then white. For me it’s none Hispanic and black. In this case what would I put for our daughter. I usually put Hispanic and black. But honestly she doesn’t look like she has an ounce of black in her. ...
I find that as I am pregnant, people assume there’s a father (there’s a biological one, but he’s not involved at all - it was complicated). After much deliberation at the beginning, when I went public with my pregnancy I decided to set some boundaries and tell people ‘the fathers not involved, and that’s all I’m g...
Which cycle day did your egg collection fall on. I know CD14 is ideal but I think that will be on a Saturday for me and they don’t do collections on a weekend. I’m trying to work out if they’ll be likely to do it on CD13 or delay until CD16
Anyone else transferring on 2/11 or around that time?
My partner wants another kid. I just gave birth December 8th, 2024. I want to focus on him. If I have one more child , I don't want to risk neglecting my first one. J get overwhelmed easily from screaming and crying. Also, it was scary being pregnant I had to be induced and cut open s the end. I had an epidural whic...
Just wondering if anyone else was raised by foster parents or adopted parents.
