TMI: Diarrhea before BFP?

When we conceived our son, I woke up at 4 am 8 dpo with diarrhea, jittery shakes, and nausea. The queasiness lingered until about 11 am, then I was fine. At 4 am 9 dpo I woke up with the same symptoms, nausea also went away around 11 am. I had stark white tests the morning of 9 dpo, but around 10 pm that night got a vvvfl. TTC #2 and this morning I started having diarrhea around 3am. I should be 9 dpo. I was up sick all night, never actually vomited, but had horrible horrible diarrhea. This morning the diarrhea has subsided but queasiness was still there, but I’ve felt pretty fine this afternoon. I’ve taken loads of cheapie tests yesterday and today, as well as two FRER. Everything is stark white BFN. I know norovirus is running rampant right now, and just yesterday I was saying how I really hope we don’t catch it. I know I most likely have the tummy bug that is going around, but the timing had me a little hopeful that it could potentially be related to baby, but the blatantly negative tests this morning have me losing hope. Has anyone had diarrhea as an early sign before a bfp? If so, how many days were between onset of symptoms and your first bfp? Sorry for the tmi talk. 🥴
