Jelly like substance in breast milk

Is it like when it sits and cools? Like a fat layer on top? Or like a stringy kind of glob coming out of the nipple? Both are normal and totally fine for the baby to drink.

I know sometimes because I use lanolin on my nipples when I pump that it does create a bit of a waxy substance on the nipple of the bottle when he drinks sometimes.

I used lanolin as well. So do you strain out the lumps?

Nah just wipe them off his mouth or the top of the bottle when I see them. He doesn’t seem to care so I won’t make a fuss about it
