Paranoid During Pregnancy

Has anyone else ever been paranoid or have high anxiety during pregnancy? I’ll be 19 weeks Monday. I don’t feel pregnant, I just feel fat. I don’t feel my baby move due to my placenta. I always feel like something is wrong. I’m not gaining weight.. I don’t feel like I’m getting bigger. But all of my appointments have been fine. Even trips to the hospital have been fine. Has anyone else ever felt this way?

Yes. I get terrible anxiety while pregnant. Anterior placentas do not help. Buy a Doppler. The Doppler gave me peace of mind.

@Courtney I got a doppler, I found her good for a few days and now she hides or I lose it as soon as I find her. should I worry or is that normal? I never had these issues with my son.

Yes I had paranoia all the time while pregnant with both my kids idk what it is, maybe it’s our motherly instinct to make sure our babies are okay. The paranoia didn’t go away for me though I’m paranoid about everything now.

I’m guessing your placenta is front and center? No reason to worry. Sometimes it takes patience and persistence. You’ll feel her kick here soon.

I get so beyond paranoid and anxious during pregnancy. I’m 16 weeks and my anti anxiety pills already have been almost doubled. There are pregnancy safe meds if you feel you need them, they help so much 💕 I hope you get feeling better
