Post natal vitamin recommendations/breastfeeding advice.

Hi all, joining this group because I was due early September but he decided to join us earlier this week at just 29w3d! I’m conscious that my body was maybe not ready for this and my milk is taking some time to come in. Can anyone recommend anything, like supplements etc, to help with this please? Thanks 😊

I’m not sure if there’s actually anything that exists that can help produce breast milk, however a healthy diet and hand expressing and breast massage may help! Hormones are the main things that control milk production. Have the midwives given you any advice? Of course there are teas and what not that are said to help, but I have my doubts that they actually do anything. Congrats on your little man 🩵🩵

Aww this is amazing! 💕 Good luck with breastfeeding but you have already gone through so much don’t pressure yourself xxx

I know there is something in holland and Barretts. I bought it years ago when I had my first but I can not remember what it’s called. I’m sure they will be able to help though

Bless him and you 💕 what a precious Angel. This brand is really great, all herbal and great quality http://legendairymilk.com

What a cutie. God bless you and your family xx

I’ve been told fenugreek supplements can help. Take care though and go steady x

I've been taking Nutrilite my whole pregnancy and post natal. It's great for healing and great for the baby as well. I take Double xx multivitamin Cal mag D Vitamin D Vitamin C Vitamin B Stress relief probiotic Liver health And a fruit and veggie capsule so I'm always getting 5-6 servings of fruit and veggies no matter what EnKbranding.com

Just pumping worked for me and skin to skin with baby. Definitely feed the preemie formula/ or doctor’s recommendation.

What a wee cutie 💛 Hope you're doing ok
