Pumping when traveling to a different time zone

Hi all! I am traveling soon to a place with an almost complete opposite time. This may be a silly question but how do I manage my pumping? Currently i pump once every 6-7 hrs at night time and every 4 hours during day time. Once I land the nights and days will change to being complete opposites. Do I pump every 4 hours at night and 6-7 during day time? I will be at the destination for 3 months. I am currently 4 months pp.

I would at least start off with your current routine and gradually switch it to where it works for you if flipping it is better. Just keep in mind you’ll have to gradually switch it back when you go back home so you’ve gotta decide if it’s worth it to you

I just did this and when we had our travel day and the hours swapped etc I just pumped every few hours and didn't stress too much. Once we slept I just slept lol I had alarms but slept through them. I just gave myself a day to adjust and then went back to my routine.

Because you are going to stay for so long, I’d probably change it over, so you can get some sleep as well. I’d pump before bed and, the next day, start the 4hrs cycle again. You might wake up engorged for a little while though as your body adjusts to the new schedule

Thank you all! I think I would have to adjust slowly as per new time and then again when I am back 🙈
