Trouble with Aeroflow breast pump/ insurance?
So I had applied months ago through Aeroflow to get a breast pump through my BCBS insurance. They had told me that everything will be set to go once my deductible is paid off at my OB for birth. I paid it off in early November and after following up, it’s still showing I owe on Aeroflow’s end? I’m
Going to contact my insurance company today and try to figure it out bc I’m 35 weeks now.
But has anyone else had the same problems with their insurance?

I would contact aeroflow customer service. They were super helpful
I contacted them! And my OB insurance dept! It’s because they won’t file the claim until the day I give birth so I’ll have to get it afterwards but thank you all for your inputs!

I didn’t have any issues with my insurance, but I did have to follow up with my ob office a couple of times to send the prescription to Aeroflow. It’s kinda weird they are making you meet your deductible before covering it? It is supposed to be free (for most pumps). I had not yet met my deductible and mine was still covered.
