It sounds like Braxton hicks! Real labor the contractions get more frequent and you’ll be able to start noticing them and timing them. They’ll also increase in intensity.
I feel like if I don’t eat early enough I cramp a bit. Esp if I take prenatals
for me the braxton hicks are more just tightness but the real labor contractions started out feeling like patterned period cramps that progressively got worse

I’m going to follow because I came in the ask the exact same question… I also have been feeling lots of pressure below like she’s pushing down The tightness and cramping is like on and off but i haven’t lost my mucus plug and my water has not broken.
