Won't sleep in Moses basket anymore

Hi my LO is 10 weeks old and was sleeping fine (as fine as a 10 week old can sleep lol) at night in their Moses basket. For the last week my LO can only fall asleep in my arms and when we gently place then back in the basket they wake up at the latest 20 minutes later. Not sure why this is or what to do.. already sleep deprived but this is making It much much harder. Please help. From me and my baby who is fast asleep in my arms !

Do you warm the Moses basket with a hot water bottle?

Mine won’t go in his Moses basket during the day for long and part of me thinks it’s because there’s not much room in there - he can’t really spread out!

We have a next to me cot in the bedroom and moses basket in the living room for daytime naps. My LO has started to reject naps in the basket, I thought she just wanted contact naps but seems to be okay if I try her in the cot. I know moses baskets don't last particularly long so maybe your baby wants more space?

@Ali oh we have just been through this exact thing!! the HV said when they are a bit older they can start to dislike the basket/wake up more up easily as they are nosier and more aware of surroundings, she suggested the pram and its worked! she’ll have at least one long two-three hour nap in there per day!

Thank you so much everyone. We have a next to me but haven't used it yet, guess it is time to give it a go! Oh also going to try the hot water bottle too. Thank you all

@CeeCee makes sense as she sleeps amazing in the pram 😂 might have to bring it in the house!
