My son bit another child at the nursery

It’s an horrible situation to be in, my little boy bit a couple of times when he was little. I was so mortified, but unfortunately some children just go through that stage. We just reinforced with him that biting wasn’t good and he did grow out it. He only did it a couple of times. Xx

I had this recently with my son, it’s so hard but honestly the nursery workers will know its behaviour and it could be anyone’s child! We remind him that ‘teeth are for food’ and had a meeting with nursery to see what we could do. Also turned out he had an ear infection 🤦🏻‍♀️ Hope you’re ok! It’s a tough one to hear at the time

Mum of a child who was bitten here. Kids do go through those phases and they eventually grow out of it so I wouldn’t worry too much.
