Found out about this being an actual thing yesterday, I thought I was going crazy with how much pain I’m in and because I’m due today they won’t give me any helpful suggestions on managing the pain. Like exercises or anything because it will be over soon apparently. Any one got any exercises I could do until I give birth because I can currently barely move and I can’t take pain killers.

Sorry to hear you've been struggling. Slow circular rotations on the birthing ball can help to alleviate the pain. Paracetamol is pregnancy safe but tbh I've found it doesn't make much of a difference anyway. A bath can help also but then it can be hard/ painful getting in and out of the bath. Hot water bottle or cold pack on your hip if the pain is more localised. I was told for 9/ 10 women the pain goes soon after birth so fingers crossed you won't have to deal with the pain for much longer x

Hey, I have this too, and it's horrible. I feel your pain! I found the ball, paracetamol and the frida mom ice pack helped, although you can just wet a sanitary towel with water and put in the freezer or use frozen peas on the painful bit. Also no walking on uneven ground/small short walks helps.
