Relax and watch some funny movies. They say laughter before and after helps.
I would say try to relax as much as possible and try to have stuff planned to take your mind off things for the wait after. Try to keep in mind that no matter what you do you are unlikely to do anything to make it work/not make it work so don’t pressurise yourself too much. Wishing you a lot of luck x
I had lots of wholegrains, leafy greens, fish and nuts especially before transfer and during the TWW. I also drank beetroot juice with a ground nut blend, ginger and lemon juice daily from before transfer. I'm currently almost 14 weeks pregnant after our first FET.
