How do you know if your water breaks or if it’s urine?
I started losing my mucus plug last night and now when I stand or walk I have small gushes of mucus & liquid come out - I can’t tell if the liquid is urine or amniotic fluid, is there a way to figure it out? Google wasn’t helpful 😅 TIA

urine happens once. your amniotic fluid doesn't stop, like it's a constant thing

When my water broke it just kept coming. Like trickling down my leg & when i put on underwear they would immediately be wet. Hope this helps! I would always just get checked
