Any coping mechanisms?

I’m 34 weeks and on crutches due to pgp. Also having physiotherapy but just being given exercises to do. My fanny pain and hip pain is toooo painful and getting In and out of bed is when it’s at its worst. What has helped anybody if anything please?

Nothing helped me, but if it gives you comfort as soon as I gave birth the pains went away it was like it was magical 🤣 you're almost there! X

Regular pain killers such as paracetamol 4 times daily. Don't wait for pain to get bad to take. Bath every evening. Avoid going up and down the stairs as much as possible. Not stepping sideways to turn around such as when doing housework. Getting in and out of the car with legs closed together. Xx

I found the only thing that sort it f helpted me were warm baths and hot water bottles but I’m a month after giving birth and I still have serve pgp ask for some pain meds hun as what they will prescribe will be stronger then shop brought xxxx

Getting in and out the bath is such a pain too! I might have to up the paracetamol throughout the day. I’m already taking so much medication - anti sickness- and even when not pregnant I use medicines as last resort. I’m at the point now I think. Thanks ladies More suggestions welcome. Also thinking of booking a massage but getting on the table- laying on my side would defo be a problem.
