Is sleep training right for us? 4 month sleep regression

Our babe is 18 weeks and has always been a pretty good night sleeper. She has been sleeping from 8:30-8 with no wakeups since 8 weeks old. Two weeks ago, I think her regression finally hit! She still does not wake up every night but every few nights, she will do a wake up or two. She is usually quite easy to put back down with shushing and patting. We do let her fuss for a few minutes before going in but once she reaches a cry, we go in. We have only had to pick her up once in this “regression” period. Anyway, given our situation, will she eventually figure this out? Or will it require some sleep training intervention on our end to get her back to her perfect night sleep?

If I were you I’d probably wait on sleep training as it sounds like she calms down easily and isn’t up all night every night. Sleep regressions are the worst though
