Baby has cold hands in the morning?

Does anybody else notice this? I follow the sleep guidelines, so room is around 18-19 degrees and she is wearing a baby grow and a 2.5 tog sleeping bag, but I always notice her hands seem cold. When I take her out of the sleeping bag her body is nice and warm, so it’s just the hands really. As soon as she has her bottles they seem to warm up. I would turn the mittens over on the baby grow but my baby likes to suck her hands and thumb during the night. Does anybody have any suggestions? Do I need to add a vest too maybe? Thank you!

I don't think you need to worry but you could always add a short sleeve vest for a night to see how she feels

Cold hands and feet are normal. There is no need to add extra layers. As long as the torso is warm, then the baby is warm.

You should feel the back of their neck or torso as that’s the true reflection of their body temp. It’s normal for their limbs to feel slightly cooler.
