I have no idea but she’s so cuteeee
It’s normal, especially if breast feeding. They are really starting to see for real and they touch the faces of people they see often because they are getting to know their features.
It's a form cross-identification to give you something in return for the comfort, food, love, and warmth they received from you. Mine when she nurses touch my face or when it's time to nap, she gives me her hand to suck and she sucks her thumb . Like we are sharing Soooo cute

My boy 6months and grabs my lips and twist them up every chance he gets
She’s giving you some love back!🥰 my little guy does this first thing in the morning when I get him out of his crib and when he’s nursing. They feel the affection and love we pour into them, and they want to give back how they can! She’s telling you that you’re doing an amazing job, mama!🤍🤍
