Confused!!

Ok so I grew up hearing a lot about Witchy type stuff from my mum who was heavily into it, so I was never fully opposed or a non believer. But today i was at a clients house (I work in community health care) and when I went to leave I couldn't, i tried opening her door and it was like someone was holding it shut, the client tried opening the door and also couldn't, it took about 25 min and us walking away from the door and then coming back and it opened just like a door should after that, the previous week when I was at the same clients house she got stuck out the opposite side of her house with a similar situation when I was there, she said it's never happened before. So I'm just confused and unsure why it would be happening or what it means. Today before the door incident when I was there I stepped back at one point and felt like I'd bumped into someone when there was no one there I was shaking pretty hard at that point and felt like my heart was beating so fast.......
