I’m a personal trainer, not a qualified nutritionist but I’ve done my research. I’m mum of twins, aged 6 and 15 month old. I know it’s hard to see your body change from the effects of pregnancy but I wouldn’t be making any drastic moves to lose weight. It took 9 months for your body to adapt and grow your baby. You are only 7 weeks pp. you must be restricting quite a bit if your milk supply has dipped and you’re binge eating which is concerning. Instead, I would be aiming to make small changes around diet and focus move on movement, you can lose a LOT of weight simply by increasing your step count and changing what you eat without staving yourself. I’m happy to help if you want to DM me?
Hey! I’m a Nutritionist and work with a lot of PP women 😊 happy to have a chat. I’m also a PT but yes 100% suggest getting that mummy MOT and going from there on that one. With food it’s a real balance - you’re sleep deprived, hungrier than ever, and need to keep baby fed! But there are ways to reduce hunger , still eat enough, feel good, and begin to lose weight x
