When do I start giving vitamin D drops?
I exclusively breastfeed and my baby is a week old, I’ve never been told by midwives about vitamin D drops, my friend just mentioned it to me. Am I meant to start them now?

I never got told by anyone until the health visitor came on week two and asked me if I’m giving baby vitamin D drops, I was like what? No ones ever said anything to me 😵💫
Lol same here. Only find out later when my midwife came and asked about it. You can start now
I completely forgot about it until the health visitor came and reminded me. I ended up combi feeding my first so I completely forgot it was a thing. we started the drops the next day. start the drops now.
