Itchy dry skin around nipple
Is this normal! First time mom exclusively pumping for about 3 months and have developed a dry irritated skin around the nipple :/ has anyone else experienced this? Any remedies?

And also wiping with a warm flannel after pumping to remove any residue and it just makes my skin feel nicer lol
Lanolin nip cream is the only thing that helps me.

I get itchy dry skin on mine from time to time!! But also how itchy is it, is it red? Is there any flaking or lingering stuff on the nipple? Nipple thrush is a thing! A friend of mine who also pumps got it and it was really red nipples/areoles with flaky dry itchy skin. I just use lanolin cream on my nipples as it’s safe for breastfeeding. It really helps!
